Refund policy

We want you to love your Novapix Flex Panel. Shopping online can feel stressful when you're not 100% sure about a product, so here's exactly how returns and refunds work with us.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as:

  • There are no visible signs of damage or wear
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (remote, cable, tape)

Any sign of damage will affect your eligibility under our 30-day guarantee. Items can't be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.

A few categories of items can't be returned, including hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may ask for proof of purchase — your order confirmation email and order number.

Exchanges

For any return or exchange, email us at Novapix.help@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll take it from there.

Return Shipping

You're responsible for covering the cost of shipping your return back to us. If you're returning an item valued over $85, we'd recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance — we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider (5-10 business days is normal). If it's been longer than that and you still don't see it, email us at Novapix.help@outlook.com and we'll look into it.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email our team at Novapix.help@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can help. We use the delivery timestamp from your tracking information when reviewing damage claims, so we may not be able to honor a claim reported after that window.

Free Gifts & Promotional Items

Free gift items included with your order have no cash value and aren't separately refundable. If you return an order that qualified you for a free gift, please return the gift item along with it.
